Samuel Waritay - property and housing law barrister

Samuel Waritay is a property and housing law barrister. He is a member of the Inner Temple and was called to the Bar in 1993. Initially Samuel practiced as a common law barrister in the fields of housing, employment, criminal and immigration law. In 1999 Samuel became a member of Arden Chambers the leading social housing law chambers. In August 2005 after six and a half years at Arden Chambers Samuel decided to set up chambers as a sole practitioner.

Samuel Waritay is informed of the latest developments in his chosen fields. Samuel has an extensive library of legal materials including the Housing Law Reports, Journal of Housing Law and Woodfall Landlord and Tenant. Samuel also subscribes to Lawtel the daily online legal updater.

Samuel also maintains a regular internal updater service which is then compiled and sent as a half yearly update to all clients.

Samuel Waritay is working towards Quality Mark, the standard used by the Bar Council and the Legal Services Commission to identify and underpin all services provided for the community legal service.

Seminars
